Partnering with Civil Aviation Safety Authority since 2018, SOCO’s Cloud Advisory Service provides consulting and implementation support to ensure the organisation has a smooth journey to the Cloud – whilst they keep Australian skies safe.
As part of a strategic response to the COVID 19 pandemic, CASA moved from CISCO and Zoom to Microsoft services. By implementing SOCO’s Microsoft Teams Adoption Accelerator, the project was executed in half the time anticipated and resulted in 1,120% growth in chat messaging – seamlessly enabling remote work in a time of crisis.
According to CASA, the transition was “seamless” improving efficiency, accuracy and accountability substantially due to the new way of working.
